Returns & Refunds

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery
  • Condition: Must be in original packaging, like-new

Warranty Service

Coverage Period:

  • Portable Power Stations: 24 months
  • Solar Panels: 24 months
  • Solar Generator Systems: 24 months
  • Accessories: 12 months

Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Proof of purchase is required.

Not covered: misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, water/fire damage, normal wear and tear, or damage from incompatible accessories.

Return / Repair Process

  1. Contact us with order number, issue description, and photos/videos if possible
  2. We will diagnose and issue Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if needed
  3. Return the product
  4. We inspect, then repair, replace, or refund accordingly
  5. Turnaround time: 7–14 business days after receiving the returned product
