We currently offer FREE Standard Shipping on all eligible orders within the continental United States.

At this time, we do not ship internationally or to the following locations:

  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • APO/FPO military addresses
  • P.O. Boxes

Warehouse

Orders are fulfilled from our authorized U.S. fulfillment centers and warehouse partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Shipping Rate

No additional shipping charges will be added during checkout unless otherwise stated on the product page.


Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped via one of our trusted logistics partners, including:

  • Regional Freight Carriers (for oversized items)

The shipping carrier will be selected based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.


Change of Shipping Address

A complete and accurate shipping address is required for successful delivery.

Customers may request an address change within 24 hours after placing an order by contacting our customer support.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, the shipping address can no longer be modified.

If a package is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required for reshipment.

A valid phone number is recommended to avoid delivery issues.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed and shipped.

If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Photos of the packaging
